My Corporate Relational Coaching packages include a bespoke 12-week Relational Restructuring programme designed to transform team dynamics and leadership communication. Through a blend of interactive workshops and personalised 1:1 coaching, I support teams and individuals in identifying and shifting dysfunctional patterns, reframing toxic narratives and building a culture of ownership, autonomy and trust.
In addition to the full 12-week programme, I also offer one-off 1:1 deep dive strategy sessions and flexible 1:1 coaching in 6 or 12-week packages, providing personalised support that drives meaningful outcomes for your team, strengthens interpersonal relationships and enhances connection across your company culture. My leadership workshops are designed to improve communication and build stronger interpersonal relationships within teams and organisations. Each session offers a fresh, solution-focused approach to modern leadership challenges, equipping leaders with practical tools to navigate relationships with confidence, clarity and empathy. Sessions are available to be delivered online or in-person depending on location. As a TEDx speaker, I also offer thought-provoking talks on communication and the power of connection.
